Building Description

10 South LaSalle Street is an iconic tower in the center of the Chicago CBD. Located at the corner of Madison and LaSalle Streets, 10SL proudly stands 37-stories tall and totals 795,048 RSF. The current structure was designed by Moriyama and Teshima Architects in 1987, using concrete with steel framing and a stone façade; the original façade, (some of which is still in use today) was designed by Holabird and Root in 1910.
